Specific stretches are key to reducing pain. Aerobic exercise daily will also oxygenate your muscles, decreasing your aches and pains.
Our Pain Paks come with a free Lacrosse ball. Watch this video to learn stretches chosen specifically to alleviate pain. We also recommend doing aerobic exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. Walking, swimming or using an elliptical machine are low impact exercises recommended for people with chronic pain.
