New Year's Resolutions-Taking Care of YOU!

It's the new year and managing your pain should be on the top of your new year's resolutions for 2023! Using natural ways to calm your pain and putting your needs first will improve your quality of life. Here are some things we've found helpful.

#1) Express gratitude daily.

It costs no money, little time and has been clinically proven to reduce stress, anxiety and pain. Use a gratitude journal and write 3 things you are thankful for each time you go to bed or when you awake in the morning. If journaling isn't your thing, try a free app designed to help you be grateful (there are many in the app stores, but I personally use the Gratitude app).

#2) Get adequate rest every night.

Research has also proven that a good night's sleep has a myriad of health benefits and yet it is often not a priority for people. Strive to get between 7-8 hours of sleep each night. If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, try our Zonk to help you fall asleep naturally while maintaining a restful sleep. The combination of melatonin with magnesium glycinate works wonders.

#3) Keep inflammation in check.

Our High Absorption Turmeric is the best on the market. It's 39 times more bioavailable than most turmeric products on the market. The health benefits of the curcumin in turmeric are well documented and been used for thousands of years. Just 1 pill a day will keep inflammation down. If you are hurting more than normal, 1 pill in the morning and 1 at night should be sufficient!

#4) Live pain free.

There is no need to live with pain every day. Our all natural, medical grade CBD is perfect for managing your pain in a healthy way. Choose from 1500 mg per bottle, 3000 mg, or a 2000 mg roll on. There are options for everyone. Our hemp products have 0% THC and have been independently tested in a lab to be sure you are only getting the highest quality. NSAIDS can be harmful if used in high doses over a period of time. If you have chronic pain, CBD is a much healthier alternative with no negative side effects.

#5) Exercise Daily.

For people with chronic pain, exercising can be difficult and overwhelming. Our website has simple stretches that are proven to help people with pain. Start by just stretching and strengthening your muscles. Walk for just 5 minutes. Then work your way up to 10. The natural hormones that your body produces after exercising will increase your feeling of well being. Just take that first step!
